As an agriculture-focused institution, MNSUAM plays a central role in strengthening food security and sustainable agriculture. The University conducts research on crop improvement, climate-smart agriculture, plant protection, livestock production, fisheries, soil health, and sustainable farming systems. Through farmer advisory services, outreach activities, field demonstrations, and technology transfer, MNSUAM supports agricultural productivity, food availability, and sustainable food systems in South Punjab and beyond.
